Leaving Mudgee
Mudgee, located about a four hour drive north west from Sydney, Australia, is a wine region full of genuinity, authenticity and soul.
I've already lived here for three months, and in ten days it's time for me to, once again, leave for new adventures.
More than anything, I feel grateful for my time here. For everything I've learned, for everything I've seen, for the mind blowing beauty and flavours I've explored and for getting to know a whole bunch of amazing and certainly unique characters. It's been such a peaceful, yet explosive experience.
I'll miss the extraordinary biodynamic and organic garden with all the food and flowers I could possibly wish for, I'll miss listening to people play the piano when I'm working, I'll miss this amazing amazing wine and food, and mostly; I'll miss the people here. The family I've lived with and those I've worked with.
